Why did you call yourself TJXQ Archive instead of TVXQ or some other name?
TJXQ is a combination of TVXQ and JX, the project group formed by Jaejoong and Junsu. The name was chosen in an effort to show support for past, current, and future members of TVXQ while specifically excluding anything pertaining to Yoochun after 2016, the official year of JYJ’s disbandment.
Why is Yoochun excluded from TJXQ Archive?
Yoochun will always be an important part of the histories of TVXQ and JX and, because of this, he is included on any content that he participated in while active with either group. However, the nature of some of his controversies have made it impossible for TJXQ Archive to support, and thus archive, his solo activities in any way. Because of this, we have made the choice not to acknowledge any content from him after 2016.
Where do you get all of your content?
Some is ripped or scanned directly from personally owned merch while others are collected from the various corners of the English and Korean speaking Internet. Content is credited wherever possible, but due to the longevity of the groups’ careers and various websites shutting down over the years, we may not be able to properly source certain things. If you find that content that you translated, subtitled, or otherwise contributed is being shared here and you would like it removed, please contact the admin at [email protected].
